The founders, Jeff and Juan, are dedicated to highlighting exceptional coffees from unique places that hold special meaning for them. Born from the connection that sparked when they first met during the pandemic, Mindwater reflects their blended passion for exceptional coffee and Latin American tradition.

Jeff’s journey began in Sweden, where he fell in love with coffee through the daily ritual of fika. That experience sparked years of exploring brewing methods and seeking out unique, expressive origins. Juan, born in Colombia, brings a deep appreciation for the culture, flavors, and traditions he grew up with, which he loves sharing with others.

Together, they roast in small batches that are meticulously crafted, shaping each profile to reflect the character of its origin. Starting with coffees from Colombia and Mexico, Mindwater is slowly expanding its offerings—each new release chosen not just for its quality, but for the story and meaning it holds for each of them.
