Cocora Medium Roast is here!
Our first Costa Rican coffee marks a new chapter in the Mindwater journey.
We named it Cocora after one of our favorite places in Colombia. Standing beneath the giant wax palms, surrounded by endless green, is a feeling we'll never forget. It's peaceful, grounding, and reminds us how beautiful our world really is.
We've always dreamed of visiting Costa Rica. From everything we've seen and heard, we imagine it carries that same feeling. Until we get there ourselves, this coffee is our way of bringing a little piece of Costa Rica home.
The first time we cupped this coffee, we both smiled. Before the cups even hit the table, we knew it had earned a place in the Mindwater lineup. We spent weeks dialing in different roast profiles, chasing the cup we knew it could become. The moment we tasted the final roast, we knew we had found it. It was everything we hoped for.
Grown in the mountains of Tarrazú and processed using the Red Honey method, Cocora is smooth, balanced, and incredibly comforting. Bright grapefruit brings the first impression, followed by rich cocoa and a sweet caramel finish that lingers long after the last sip.
